Everything about this coffee shop is lovely.
Their espresso is consistently pulled perfectly. The pastries, gelato, and sandwiches are divine. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. This is the perfect place to focus and enjoy a classy treat.

Been to Italy multiple times and really enjoyed the authentic coffee and cappuccino. The almond croissant was delicious. Will be back!
Pronto is my “go-to” place for a midday pick-up.
Good coffee; best croissants in town; good French bread; friendly service. If you like gelato, you will love what they do with that treat. They even have a special coffee that incorporates gelato. Plus the location is in the heart of downtown, so it is super convenient.
The gelato is delicious.
The staff are always happy to recommend "flavor combinations" and they even let you sample flavors to make sure you like them!
Smell the croissants!!!
Whipped in there to get a latte and was stopped in my tracks by the fresh croissants! You can get gelato, coffee, matcha, sandwiches and baked goods. Sweet little place!

We stayed in the hotel next door and stopped into the Pronto Caffè for morning cappuccinos & croissants, and then again one afternoon for gelato. Everything was excellent. The facility is very clean and uncluttered, the employees are friendly, and the food/drinks were spot-on tasty.
Amazing bread/croissants!!
Even if we are just driving by Lexington, VA, we take a detour to go by Pronto to pick up fresh croissants and baguettes. Each is made fresh every morning and if you get there early you can get a delicious breakfast sandwich with the croissant! Oh my word! Sinfully good!! They also have delicious gelato but our preference is the baked goods and prepared sandwiches. Definitely worth a stop!!
